Approval of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2016 2. To take on record the Limited Review Report by the Auditors for the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016 Further, in pursuance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all designated employees and directors will remain closed from February 09, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive).
